- Register and upload all the required documents through the following website https://peduliwni.kemlu.go.id/employment/
- Submit the original documents to Labor Affairs with the appointment system after the approval of all papers at the link mentioned above (Appointment on link: https://janjitemu.kjrijeddah.id/naker)
the requirement for recruiting Indonesian workers:
- 1. A contract between the company and the recruitment office
- certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Apostille from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- 2. Job Order/Demand Letter A certified letter from Chambers and Apostille from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- 3. A copy of the visa
- 4. Commercial Register
- 5. ID card of the owner
- 6. National Address Company
- 7. Statement from company
- 8. Work contract in both languages (Indonesian and Arabic) certified by the Chamber of Commerce
- and Apostille from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- 9. All paper print with company Paper
