Indonesian Training Center is vocational training institutions under the Directorate General of “BINALAVOTAS”, Ministry of Manpower. It aims to improve the competence of the workforce through competency-based training, in accordance with national and international labor market needs. Currently, there are:
21 Indonesian Training Center or Vocational and Productivity Training Centers that spread across 15 Provinces in Indonesia.

Indonesian Training Center not only prepares workers for domestic needs, but also opens employment opportunities for Indonesian workers abroad through internationally recognized certification programs. Several leading sectors such as hospitality, elderly care, welding techniques, and information technology are in high demand in global markets, including Japan, South Korea, the Middle East, and Europe.
